As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline and enhance the vendor experience, we've introduced a new application process, including reduced vendor fees and registration through DocuSign.

PROCESS!!!
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING STEPS BEFORE APPLYING:
1. New
Vendors
All new vendors MUST complete the Vendor Request Form.
Upon approval of your Vendor Request Form, we'll send you the formal Vendor Application through DocuSign. This is where you'll provide more detailed information about your vendor business.
Should your application not meet our event's criteria, you will be notified via email with an explanation.
2. Returning
Vendors
If your product offerings haven't changed since your last approved application, please click on your vendor type below to complete and submit your application.
PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS YOUR LINK UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION AND PAY THE DEPOSIT
3. Deposit
Payment
At signing you will be directed to our online payment processing to pay your $100 non-refundable deposit. Payment options include Debit/Credit cards and ACH direct payment from a checking or savings account.
NOTE: Applications will not be processed without deposit payment.
4. Confirmation
& Final Fee
Once the Application is processed and your deposit payment is received, you will receive a copy of all documents from DocuSign by email.
If you do not see this email please be sure to check your spam/junk folders. Please save this email as it will have the link to pay your final Vendor Fee balance.
All balances must be received no later than September 10th, 2024 or your spot will be voided.
5. Our
Communication
Expect the Vendor Application to be sent 3-4 business days after we receive your Vendor Request Form.
Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see emails from us and save the DocuSign email for future reference.
