The Thatch Pub!

Raise a glass in a truly unique setting! Our thatched-roof pub offers an intimate gathering space where you can unwind, enjoy a drink, and soak in the festival atmosphere.

A charming mobile Irish pub, **The Thatch Pub**, featuring a traditional white stone exterior with a thatched roof and red accents. Set up in a driveway with lush greenery and Irish and American flags waving nearby, this bookable pub offers an authentic Irish experience. Two green pedestal tables flank the entrance, adding to the inviting atmosphere.

Kids' Activities

Plenty of fun for the whole family! Kids can enjoy games, crafts, and interactive activities designed just for them, making the festival a great experience for all ages.

A colorful vintage-style train at the **Smithville Railroad Co.** carries passengers through the festival grounds. The bright red and blue locomotive, adorned with an American flag, chugs along a track lined with cobblestone. Riders, including children and adults, enjoy the ride while the conductor, wearing sunglasses, guides the train past rustic buildings and festive decorations.
A lively **bagpipe and drum band** dressed in traditional green and tartan kilts poses at the **Smithville Irish Festival**. Live Music!

Our festival features an incredible lineup of live music across two stages, from the soul-stirring sounds of traditional Irish tunes to the energy of Celtic rock.

 

Bagpipers, dancers, and special performances throughout the grounds ensure the music never stops!

Axe Throwing!

Shore Axes returns for a second straight year, bringing the thrill of axe throwing to the Smithville Irish Festival! Step up, take your shot, and see if you can hit the bullseye!

The **primary logo** for the **2025 Smithville Irish Festival** features a circular Celtic knot border in deep green, symbolizing Irish heritage. Inside, bold white lettering spells **"Smithville"**, with a golden harp integrated into the "V," representing Irish culture. The festival’s name, **Cape Atlantic Irish Association**, and location, **Historic Smithville, NJ**, are elegantly arranged within the design, along with a small shamrock accent.
